Governor Ferguson visits the Hall to talk ferries

In early January 2025, the Hall was host to then Governor-elect Bob Ferguson in his first public event, just a week before being sworn in as Washington’s new governor.

Ferguson was joined by other elected officials, including state representatives Dave Paul, Greg Nance and Jake Fey, state Sen. Marko Liias and Island County Commissioner Janet St. Clair.
